Soy wax is fantastic but it does have some potential drawbacks or deficiencies if you will.
Soy based candles can often have a bumpy cratered appearance after burning. Not a huge deal, but I think we can all agree we want our candles to look beautiful.
Soy wax is known to have good scent throw but not excellent throw.
Soy wax is prone to tunnelling.

Coconut wax is a softer natural wax that stays smooth after burning, has excellent scent throw, and is less prone to tunnelling.
Together they are the perfect wax.

Can You Further Explain Soy Wax?

Soy candles are made from soy wax, which is a vegetable wax derived from the oil of soybeans. After harvesting, the soybeans are cleaned, cracked, de-hulled, and rolled into flakes.
